Free prompts, clear permissions, and a shared space for creative ideas. These Terms explain how to use AI Prompt Image and contribute to its gallery.

About These Terms

These Terms apply to AI Prompt Image at aipromptimage.com, including the public gallery, user accounts, profiles, submissions, comments, and related features.

By creating an account, submitting content, or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

References to “AI Prompt Image,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the team responsible for operating this website.

If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you must have authority to accept these Terms for that organisation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate consent required by applicable privacy law.

Age Requirements and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or submit content. You must also meet any additional requirements that apply where you live.

An account gives you access to features such as maintaining a profile, saving and liking prompts, and submitting your own work for review.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate account information.
Choosing a username you are entitled to use.
Keeping your sign-in account secure.
Avoiding impersonation of another person or organisation.
Using only accounts you are authorised to access.
Reporting suspected unauthorised access.

Google handles the credentials used for Google sign-in. Keep that account secure and do not share sign-in codes or passwords.

Your profile photo, username, and approved contributions are public. Avoid placing confidential or sensitive information in public content.

Free Access and External AI Tools

All prompts published in the AI Prompt Image gallery are free to access. Published prompt text may be used for personal and commercial projects under the permissions described below.

AI Prompt Image provides prompts, examples, and practical instructions. Image generation takes place in the external AI tool you choose.

Free gallery access does not include:

An external AI subscription.
Image-generation credits.
Paid editing features.
Access to a particular model or plan.

External providers set their own prices, account requirements, and usage restrictions.

A tool or model name on a prompt page identifies its intended use or compatibility. It does not mean that AI Prompt Image operates that tool or guarantees access to it.

Responsible Use

Use the website in a way that respects other people, their work, and the service.

You must not submit content or use the website to facilitate:

Unlawful activity, fraud, scams, or deceptive impersonation.
Sexual exploitation or sexualised content involving minors.
Non-consensual intimate imagery.
Sexually explicit content.
Targeted harassment, hate speech, credible threats, or encouragement of real-world harm.
Copyright, trademark, privacy, or other rights violations.
Disclosure of private information without lawful authority.
Malware, malicious links, repetitive spam, or unsolicited advertising.

Do not interfere with website operation, bypass security controls, access accounts without permission, or manipulate likes and other engagement signals.

Automated bulk extraction, mirroring, or copying of a substantial part of the gallery requires our permission unless applicable law expressly allows it. This restriction does not prevent ordinary search-engine indexing or sharing links to public pages.

Submitting Your Prompts

Registered users can submit prompts for review. Submissions are not published automatically.

A useful contribution should include:

A clear, descriptive title.
Complete prompt instructions.
The intended AI tool or model.
Relevant settings and reference-image requirements.
Suitable categories or tags.
Representative examples you are allowed to publish.
Any necessary credits or rights information.

Explain significant editing or additional steps used to create an example. Do not present an image as an unedited result if important changes were made afterwards.

AI-assisted contributions are welcome. You remain responsible for reviewing the material and ensuring that you have the necessary permissions.

Submitting content confirms that you are entitled to share it and grant the permissions described in these Terms.

Review and Publication

Administrators review prompt submissions before publication.

We may approve a submission, request changes, decline it, or remove content that has already been published.

Review decisions consider:

Relevance to the gallery.
Clarity and completeness.
The usefulness of instructions and examples.
Substantial duplication.
Rights concerns.
Compliance with community rules.

Review times vary. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or publication by a particular date.

Approved content may be reviewed again after a report or new information. If you believe a decision was mistaken, email support@aipromptimage.com with the relevant details.

Publication approval does not certify copyright ownership, establish permission for every possible use, or guarantee a particular AI-generated result.

Ownership and Website Permissions

You retain whatever intellectual property rights you hold in your contributions. Uploading content does not transfer ownership to AI Prompt Image or create copyright where the law does not recognise it.

By submitting content, you grant AI Prompt Image a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

Store and review the submission.
Display approved content in the gallery and your profile.
Reproduce and format it for website operation.
Categorise it and make minor presentation changes.
Allow service providers to process it on our behalf for these purposes.

This permission supports operating and presenting the gallery. It does not give us unrestricted ownership of your work.

When content is removed, permission for new public display ends. Limited copies may remain where needed for lawful backups, recordkeeping, security, or disputes.

Personal and Commercial Use

Contributors authorise visitors to copy, adapt, and use their published prompt text for personal and commercial image-generation projects without paying a prompt-access fee.

To the extent they hold the necessary rights, contributors grant this permission on a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free basis.

You may use published prompt text to:

Explore creative ideas.
Change subjects, settings, lighting, or composition.
Generate images for personal projects.
Support client work, marketing, or other commercial projects.

Attribution to AI Prompt Image is appreciated but is not required for this permitted use.

These permissions apply to prompt text. They do not automatically grant rights to preview images, website branding, another person’s likeness, or third-party material included in a contribution.

Generated outputs are also subject to the external AI provider’s terms and applicable law. Free commercial use of a prompt does not guarantee that every resulting image is suitable for every commercial purpose.

Do not claim authorship of another contributor’s original work or imply their endorsement.

Removing a prompt from the gallery does not retrospectively withdraw permissions validly granted for copies obtained while it was published.

Preview Images and Reference Materials

Preview images illustrate possible results. They are not a promise that every user will receive the same output.

Results can vary with the model, version, settings, reference materials, and generation process.

Permission to use prompt text does not automatically include permission to download, republish, sell, or otherwise reuse its preview image. Obtain permission from the relevant rights holder unless an applicable license already permits your intended use.

When using a reference photo, artwork, logo, or other input, make sure you have the necessary rights or lawful authority.

Instructions requesting identity preservation cannot guarantee a perfect match. Review generated images carefully before publishing or using them commercially.

Reports, Removal and Account Restrictions

To report a concern, email support@aipromptimage.com with:

The affected page URL.
A clear description of the issue.
Relevant evidence.
Your relationship to the work or person involved, where applicable.

We may request more information, temporarily restrict content, remove material, or limit an account while investigating.

Necessary complaint details may be shared with the contributor to help resolve the issue.

You can request account deletion or removal of your contributions by contacting us from the email address associated with your account. Specify whether your request includes prompts, images, or comments.

Account closure does not automatically resolve every content-removal question. Some records may require lawful retention, and independently saved copies or search-engine caches may remain outside our control.

Availability, Changes and Contact

We may update features, perform maintenance, or discontinue parts of the website.

The service and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or suitability for a particular purpose.

We do not control external AI services, their prices, model updates, or generated outputs.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the website. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Disputes are subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of competent courts, including any mandatory protections available where you live.

When these Terms change, we will update this page. Material changes will receive any notice or consent process required by law.

AI Prompt Image is independent. References to OpenAI, Google, Midjourney, or other providers do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
